Since many of you read the runes - and this spell is quite interesting and much more powerful than those they cast at school; that would be a pity if due to the configuration of the lines, it would be unreadable - I'll just paste it here:

A bit of an explanation:

The spell of Sealing the Spirit is powerful, but capricious. It requires focus, a huge amount of energy and, of course, skill and knowledge! The spell works only in the face of extreme danger. Even an unconscious, smallest doubt in the heart of the wizard about the gravity of the threat and the seal will not be set.
Sealing the Spirit deprives the opponent of his essential features, character and memories. A person with their spirit sealed stays passive forever, and will not feel any strong emotions or desires again, so they can't threaten anyone anymore.
Removing the seal is theoretically possible, although it's a spell as hard, or possibly even harder than the spell of sealing. In this case, it is necessary to be able to fully assure, that the unsealed person will never do any wrong to anyone.

And... what are they going to do with the sealed vampire? :0 Will he live in their town? Become friends with Tygon?

Anyway, this page's amazing. Great job!

How dangerous is dangerous? I mean, would the people he bit die? (I don't know your vampires' rules.)
Just curious. Incredible page, I must say.

@Binyamin - Well, the vampires aren't always as gentle as to leave their victims with just two small bitemarks. Usually they'd rather rip the neck apart to sip fresh blood until their prey dies. After death there's no more energy, which is the important part of blood for vampires.
Other than that they are extremely strong and terribly agile. If someone like Vilen insists to harm somebody, they will most likely do that, without much effort.
